Therapy for depression and self-esteem

IN SANTA BARBARA & VIRTUALLY ACROSS CALIFORNIA

Sometimes it feels as if a heavy fog is weighing you down, casting a dark shadow over how you see the world, obscuring any light in yourself and around you.

With depression, you may struggle with:

  • Not trusting your abilities or feeling inadequate in parts of your life

  • A heaviness throughout the day, like you’re just going through the motions

  • A harsh internal voice, that repeats a story of your perceived faults and failures

  • Finding yourself caught in patterns of behavior and in relationships that feel bad, but you can’t stop yourself

  • Keeping thoughts and experiences hidden, not sharing even with those closest to you

  • Not recognizing the person you’ve become

  • Wondering if something is wrong with you for feeling this way

It’s time to quiet that inner critic, and start believing in your value and worthiness.

Therapy for depression and self-esteem can
